Welcome to Ocotillo Lodge in Palm Springs! This iconic building was built by the Alexanders in 1957 and designed by architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer. The hotel was purchased in 1963 by Gene Autry and from 1968 to the 1990's Jerry Buss (owner of LA Lakers) was the owner and operator. The Ocotillo Lodge was converted to condos in 1995. This condo is on fee land (you own) in close proximity to downtown Palm Springs. The HOA includes community landscape, utilities (electric, water), wi-fi, trash, cable, pool/spas and clubhouse including gym (currently being renovated). The pool is shaped like a champagne cork and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy. Short term rentals allowed with permit from Palm Springs City. Currently an active Airbnb so appointment only.
